The Circle of Care

In the traditional fitness industry model, trainers work in isolation, even within the same gyms. So although clients often find themselves using a variety of fitness resources (a gym for cardio or classes, a personal trainer for one-on-one sessions, and a physio or masseur for ongoing treatment or therapy) information is rarely shared.

As a result, goal setting, progress management and injury prevention or correction is done piecemeal, and any overall health and fitness strategy is left to the client to manage.

We think there’s a better way. And we believe Ten Personal Training is it.

TenPT has been set up to offer a circle of care that’s very different to the conventional model. In partnership with our colleagues at TenPilates and TenPhysio, we offer a highly collaborative and totally integrated approach to fitness, where information, experience, insights and client history are shared.

Clients are encouraged to work with a variety of Trainers at both TenPT and TenPilates, enabling them to benefit from specific areas of individual specialisation and expertise, and are encouraged to integrate a mix of classes and one-on-one sessions into their overall programmes.

Where necessary, we also work side by side with the expert therapists at TenPhysio, allowing a seamless and continuous progression from Physiotherapy to rehabilitation, corrective and functional exercise programmes, specifically designed to help clients make a rapid and sustainable transition to a fit, healthy and pain-free lifestyle.

TenPT's highly collaborative and, we believe, unique, way of working offers our clients two fundamental advantages.

First: with long-term, sustainable fitness in mind, we’re able to create a genuinely integrated overall health and fitness strategy, and guide you through it in a seamless and continuous progression - including everything from Physiotherapy and rehabilitation to corrective and functional exercise.
