Ten Personal Training was set up by TenPilates co-founders, David Higgins and Joanne Mathews, and is managed by Master Trainer, Ken Fitzmaurice.
Joanne Mathews, Managing Director
Joanne is a former county level swimmer, tennis and squash player, and is a qualified NLP practitioner. As Managing Director, she is responsible for all the non-Training functions of the business, including strategy, business development, finance, HR, Marketing and PR.
David Higgins, Director
David has a degree in Exercise Sports Science in Human Movement. Before coming to the UK, he was a sports scientist for the Australian Institute of Sport. He studied Reformer Pilates in Beverley Hills with LA Pilates guru Sebastian LaGree.
As Fitness Director, David heads up both the Training department and the TenPilates Academy. As a Master Trainer, he also takes Classes and Personal Training sessions.
Ken Fitzmaurice, Manager
Ken is a specialist in corrective exercise and performance enhancement. He has a vast amount of experience in the fitness industry and has worked with a broad range of clients of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, from pre and postnatal to professional athletes.
As Manager of TenPT, Ken is responsible for Personal Training across all our Studios.
